Modern approach to infusion therapy of pregnant women with gestational hypertension

To date, there are no effective treatment for placental dysfunction in pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to investigate clinical efficacy proposed method infusion therapy hypertension, which included a complex drugs: pentoxifylline, arginine hydrochloride levocarnitine and rheosorbilact. We observed 73 single fetation, starting from 28 weeks gestation, who were before during childbirth, postpartum period by time discharge hospital. All examined divided into 3 groups. The first group 30 received (along basic methyldopa drugs) solutions: pentoxifylline 0.05% – 100 ml; solution containing 4.2% 2.0% reosorbilact preparation ml. carried out once day specified sequence 10 days. second 20 patients hypertension on methuldopa only. control 23 physiological pregnancy. data show that receiving significant decrease development 38.3%, threat premature birth 18.3% fetal distress 30.0%, rupture membranes 35.0%, weakness labor 28.3%, risk perinatal central nervous system damage 33.3% frequency cephalohematomas 30.0% compared only antihypertensive therapy.
